Terms & Conditions

1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by HOLALORAM WEB SL (Company No. B55304708), registered at Carrer del Freser, 70, Sant Martí, 08026 Barcelona, Spain ("we", "us", "our") to any individual or organisation ("client", "you") who places an order or engages our services.
2. Services
We provide online digital services including, but not limited to, website design and development, e-commerce solutions, custom web applications, SEO, mobile app development, cloud hosting, UI/UX design, and maintenance. All services are delivered electronically. No physical products or deliveries are involved.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed via our website. Upon submission, we will contact you by email to confirm the scope, timeline, and payment terms. Payment is arranged directly with the client prior to commencement of work. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed. Prices are quoted in euros (€) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. We will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables created specifically for them. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Spanish and EU consumer law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services contracted. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
